Hi, I’m Victoria!

I’m a wife and mother, who understands the challenges first hand of feeding my family healthy meals —especially on those nights where our schedule would give any “Supermom” a run for her money and the last thing on my mind is what to make for dinner.

While I love cooking, the passion often simmers after the end of a long day when I have been chaffering the kids to their various activities. And to top it off, one of my kids is a picky eater.

I confess that I too found myself falling into a rut, serving the same breakfast morning after morning, buying lunch, getting take-out, heating up frozen meals and throwing out leftovers much more than I would like, and making too many last minute grocery store runs — all because I didn’t properly plan.

Taking the bull by the horns when it comes to meal planning not only made a huge difference for my family, but it also inspired me to share my solutions to others who are in the same boat!

I have helped many busy moms dramatically change the quality of what they are feeding their families and cut way back on the amount of time and money they devote to preparing meals and wandering the grocery store aisles trying to come up with a balanced meal.
